FAMILIES, SUPPORT AND MEDICAL NOTES

Everyone’s needs can be subtly different.

Please contact our friendly team before booking if you are unsure, so we can help choose the most suitable Great Barrier Reef experience.

Families

Best suited to older children, or younger mobile children who are comfortable on a boat all day. All children must remain supervised by an adult at all times on the vessel and in the water. Crew will of course gladly assist parents during in-water activities.

Hearing, Vision & Cognitive Support

Guests requiring assistance need to travel with an accompanying family member or friend and must contact us before booking. The safety and comfort of all guests is of utmost importance to us, and we will give honest and practical advice.

Medical Conditions

For medical conditions, please enquire before booking. This is especially important for conditions that may affect mobility, stability, breathing, heart health, snorkelling or diving, or where guests may need to be close to emergency facilities.
